From Lefaivre, this loop will lead you through the villages of Treadwell, Plantagenet and Wendover, where you may take the ferry in Clarence Point across to the Papineau MRC. If you prefer going to the heart of the city of Rockland, continue through Tucker Road and Laurier Street where you can take a break at one of the many restaurants or alongside the Ottawa River, at Du Moulin Park where a sawmill was formerly located.

QUÉBEC
On the Quebec side, from Thurso, Guy Lafleur’s hometown, you may take La Route Verte (148) going east or cycle on an exclusive right-of-way by riding through the National Park, until you reach Plaisance. Then, the village of Papineauville is quite interesting for its many shops and finally you arrive in Montebello, the tourist village of Petite-Nation. The Castle, the Manor, the Zoo, the Chocolate Museum and the many lodging accommodations and restaurants will, without any doubt, fulfill your expectations.
